TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.Minimum order amount: 

The minimum order amount before tax and shipping fees is $150. An administration fee of $25 will be added to any order below this amount.


1. Service policy:

​A. ​In-stock products: The majority of in-stock products are available for same-day shipping when the order is placed in our system before 3 PM. Orders placed after ​3PM will be shipped the next business day..

​B. ​Out-of-stock products: The shipping date for out-of-stock products must be confirmed by Médiatech within 24 to 48 hours following the receipt of the order.


3. Payment method: 

Médiatech accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards, business checks, and cash.


3. Credit policy:

All orders are subject to credit approval. Outstanding invoices will delay the shipment of pending orders. An annual minimum purchase of $5,000 is required to qualify for a line of credit.


5. Products in stock: 

Médiatech keeps specific products in stock based on its sales history and forecasts. When an unusually high order for a certain product is placed, it may happen that stock is not available. Médiatech is committed to making every effort required to try to find the product and deliver it to its customers as quickly as possible.


6. Product Returns

​A. Error from Mediatech: A full credit, including the cost of shipping, will be granted.

​B. Return requested by the client: All the following conditions must be met:

​- A minimum of 20% of the cost of non-defective products will be charged to the customer, along with transportation fees.


All merchandise returns must be authorized in advance by the customer service department of Médiatech. An unauthorized merchandise return will be refused. An authorization number (RMA) will be provided to you by customer service after you have submitted the Merchandise Return form available on our website. Product returnsThis authorization number must be included on all return documents as well as on the merchandise. The customer will be responsible for the shipping method of the non-defective merchandise as well as the associated costs. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, it will be inspected. Any defective product will be credited by Médiatech along with the shipping costs.


7. Ownership of products in transit


The shipped goods belong to the buyer as soon as they have left the loading dock of Médiatech. The responsibility for the delivery of the goods then becomes that of the buyer. It is the responsibility of Médiatech to properly package the goods so that they can withstand normal handling and transport. If the carrier does not deliver the goods or if they are damaged, the buyer is then responsible for filing a complaint with the carrier. If such a situation arises:

​A. Do not return the merchandise to Médiatech immediately.

​B. Upon receipt of the merchandise, please indicate on the shipping slip that the merchandise is damaged.

​C. Please notify the carrier immediately and ask them for the procedure for your claim. Some carriers will not examine the damaged goods unless the value exceeds ​the amount predetermined by the carrier.

If the merchandise is lost or delivered partially, please notify Médiatech's customer service so that they can conduct a search with the carrier. If the carrier is unable to trace or deliver the merchandise within a reasonable time frame, the customer will need to file a complaint against the carrier. If the customer requires a copy of the shipping documents, they must request it from Médiatech's customer service.


8. Product Warranty

Médiatech guarantees – for a period of six months from the date of sale – that products conform to their current technical specifications and are free from manufacturing defects. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, APPLIES TO THE PURCHASE OF MÉDIATECH PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any product reported as non-conforming – within the six-month period – will be replaced or credited, at the discretion of Médiatech, upon receipt of a written request, accompanied by samples of the product, by Médiatech's customer service within the prescribed timeframes. IN NO EVENT SHALL MÉDIATECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ANY SPECIAL SITUATION, OR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS BY THE CUSTOMER REGARDING THE DEFECTIVENESS OF THE PRODUCTS WHETHER SHIPPED OR NOT SHIPPED. This clause remains the only valid warranty for products sold by Médiatech.
